# TradeLearnPro Terms of Service Welcome to TradeLearnPro, a nationwide AI-powered workforce reskilling and trade-transition platform. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms. ## 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Employers and training providers must be authorized representatives of their organization. ## 2. Accounts & Roles TradeLearnPro supports four roles: Learner, Employer, Training Provider, and Admin. You must select the role that accurately reflects your relationship with the platform. Misrepresenting your identity or organization may result in suspension. ## 3. Pay-Per-Course Access Lessons, homework, practice areas, and other restricted materials are gated per course. You must complete the $25 payment for a specific course before you can access that course's restricted materials or interactions. Unpaid learners can browse the course catalog but cannot open lessons, practice labs, or homework. ## 4. Trainer Registration Training providers pay a one-time registration fee to activate their account and may then publish free or paid courses and issue digital credentials. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their professional background, certifications, and uploaded credentials. ## 5. Credentials & Certifications Certifications and badges are issued by verified training providers. TradeLearnPro reserves the right to revoke credentials found to be fraudulent or issued in error. Where a trade requires a state licensing exam, you are responsible for confirming current requirements with the relevant licensing authority. ## 6. Payments Fees are processed securely via Base44 Payments. By initiating a purchase you authorize the charge and agree to the displayed price. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. ## 7. Acceptable Use You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content, harass or mislead other users, attempt to access data or features not granted to your role, or overload platform systems. ## 8. Termination TradeLearnPro may suspend, ban, or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Admins may remove data, revoke credentials, place accounts on hold for non-payment, or reset access to protect platform integrity. ## 9. Privacy Your use of TradeLearnPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. ## 10. Changes We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
